Cassandra has extensive experience working within county and court settings, including her role as a Child Custody Recommending Counselor and Lead Mediator with the Superior Courts. In these roles, she facilitated high-conflict custody mediations, supported families navigating separation and co-parenting challenges, and collaborated closely with judicial officers, attorneys, clerks, and multidisciplinary professionals. Her work required sound judgment, discretion, and the ability to balance legal frameworks with the emotional needs of families. Through Healing Paths, she provides private custody mediation, co-parenting education, parent coordination, intake assessments, and parenting plan development, serving primarily private-pay clients throughout California via virtual and in-person sessions.
