While in law school, I I broadened my focus to intellectual property and business development and simultaneously obtained my MBA. For the past decade, I have been running my own freelance paralegal business serving both legal and corporate clients. I bring a balance of litigation, document analysis, and contract review expertise - backed by robust analytical skills. Together my experience and expertise provide effective assistance to ensure optimal outcomes responsive to both legal and business concerns. I provide comprehensive assessments, problem resolution, auditing and reporting, and process improvement recommendations. Personally, I am both detail-driven and big-picture and my clear articulation helps to persuade people to take action, and get the ball rolling in the right direction. Having survived my own divorce after an 18 year marriage, I long to be the voice of reason that I could only wish for.
