For that reason, we offer various means of communication including Email, fax, telephone, mobile messaging, chat, snail-mail, express mail, voice mail, etc. 

To demonstrate our commitment to efficient and hassle-free communications, we have adopted the following terms and conditions, regarding mobile messaging, which are incorporated by reference into all messages sent and received by our Team Members (i.e., our employees). Our communications with you via Mobile Messaging are conditioned upon your agreement to the following terms.

Hello Divorce Mobile Messages provide a secure and easy way to communicate with our Team Members in order to get your questions answered and access important updates, promotional offers, and information about our services from your mobile device.

How to Sign Up for Hello Divorce Mobile Messages 

Sign up for Hello Divorce Messages by texting HELLO to (341) 234-0524. By texting HELLO to our Hello Divorce Messaging platform you are signing up to receive messages from our Team.Messaging frequency varies.

Hello Divorce Mobile Messages are not mobile spam. The service is a message program enabled by users, clients and vendors alike to get their questions answered and stay up to date with important information.

Is It Free?

We won't charge you when you send a text message to 341-234-0524. We also won’t charge you for any responses you receive from either number. However, message and data rates may apply depending on the wireless plan that you have with your carrier.

Opt-Out Information

If you wish to stop receiving text messages from us, you may unsubscribe by texting STOP to 341-234-0524, or by contacting our support team at 800-494-9133. Once your telephone number is removed from our system, you will receive a final confirmation message and no further messages will be sent to your cell phone or mobile device.

Opting Back In

You can start receiving Hello Divorce Mobile Messages again by texting HELLO to the 341-234-0524.

Additional Terms

In certain instances, you may receive multiple text messages to overcome character limitations (as a general rule, text messages are limited to 160 characters) to fulfill your request. 

Due to network traffic and carrier limitations, it may take several minutes to receive a response.

By texting 341-234-0524, you acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions provided in this policy and fully and unconditionally authorize Hello Divorce and its service providers to respond to your mobile device or cell phone, even if your telephone number is listed on any federal, state, or corporate do-not-call registry.

Furthermore, Hello Divorce disclaims any and all responsibility, including responsibility based on negligence or negligent misstatement, for the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of data or information contained in or furnished through Hello Divorce Mobile Messaging and makes no warranties, express or implied, with respect to such data or information.

Do not use Hello Divorce Mobile Messaging to communicate time-sensitive instructions or official company matters. Urgent matters should be communicated in person directly with the person of concern via telephone and then confirmed in writing with the appropriate person.

We may use autodialer or non-autodialer technology to send the text messages described above to the mobile phone number you supply when you opt-in.

Hello Divorce reserves the right to block any mobile telephone number it deems inappropriate and to disable Hello Divorce Mobile Messaging without notice.

By using this service, you agree that the terms stated herein shall apply to you and are incorporated by reference into any communication, and that any disputes pertaining to this service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. You agree that any action at law or in equity arising out of your use of Hello Divorce Mobile Messaging or relating to these terms and conditions may only be filed in the state or federal courts located in California. Consent to these terms is not required as a condition to purchase a good/service.
