Claudia understands conflict because she has experienced it herself with a long and treacherous divorce. During this time, she started thinking that there had to be a better way. She wondered why some attorneys brought gasoline to the situation rather than water. Although Claudia had already studied dispute resolution, she began furthering her education to put de-escalating conflict first.
