I received my bachelor's degree from the University of Washington then returned to UW School
of Law to earn my LLLT certification. I’ve been licensed as a Limited License Legal Technician
since 2017. I’ve lived in the Seattle area for over two decades and raised my sons here. I
understand firsthand the challenges of divorce and single parenting. In addition to being licensed as a legal technician, I completed training in collaborative law, basic mediation, and advanced family law mediation including practicum hours. I’m passionate about alternative dispute resolution and guiding my clients to a respectful resolution. It’s always less costly to reach an agreement than to litigate an issue. Going to court takes both an emotional and financial toll on everyone. I encourage clients to seek mediation and look for creative solutions to the outcome in their family law situation. When not practicing family law, I enjoy travel, Mariner baseball, walking with my two golden retrievers and keeping up my garden (or at least trying!). I also volunteer with the Arthritis Foundation.
